ValRemote with ValFast

The ValRemote with ValFast spindle wedge from Bas-Ting GmbH opens up a new dimension in tree felling work in terms of safety, productivity and economy.

The system includes a ValFast spindle wedge, a ValRemote transmitter and a Milwaukee ONEFHIWF34 impact wrench complete with ValLink connector, socket, charger and one 5AH battery and one 8AH battery, contained in a robust tool case.

Weighing only 4.5kg, the ValRemote ValFast system integrates a robust infrared remote control which connects to the impact wrench and for safety, can only be activated when a felling wedge is attached. The ValRemote system enables the impact wrench to be easily disconnected from the wedge, allowing the impact wrench to be used for other work, such as planting trees using the DrillFast or in the workshop.

ValRemote with ValFast has many advantages over radio wedges including that the drive unit can be used on any number of spindle wedges on the same tree felling activity. The drive unit can be used on another felling wedge in just a few simple steps meaning that additional wedges can be used to create the correct wedge height to fell the tree. With the ValRemote system, the machine can simply be detached from the felling wedge and attached to a second felling wedge (as demonstrated in the ValRemote video). This means that the operator never works under the treetop while the trunk is moving.

The ValRemote can be integrated for both the ValFast impact wrench (Milwaukee – ONEFHIWF34) or the impact wrench for ValFix and EcoVal (Milwaukee FMTIW2F12).

With the lightweight impact wrench, the user has a very flexible solution that can be used for both thin and thick trunks.
